Dual SIM - any experience? |

Okay, so here's the deal: I will get a sim card from my Office, but I need to stay with my current provider too. So I was thinking of getting one of these "Dual SIM" things (if you dont know what it is, just type it in eBay, you'll get thousands of these). I'll use it on my K750i.
I'm a bit scared that I will have to cut my 2 sim cards, so has any of you tried this? any experience (pro, cons) ?
Thanks!

turt, there are some good ones in which you don't need to cut your SIM cards, They neatly fit in the phone..Although never used one myself...My friends uses one on his Nokia..and says it was a bloody waste of money..! Firstly because Only One connection is active at any given time, Secondly you will have to toggle between the two connections by switching the phone On and Off, Thirdly it may be cheaper to get your current provider bill be re-imbursed by your office- Just ask for call listing and select the Business calls for the Office to Pay...Most offices do allow you to use your existing connection as long as you don't run a high bill on personal calls...

Ive used the cut type in the past and they worked well. The uncut type can be tight fit in certain phones so ask seller and double treble check before buying. |

Thanks for your help, I'll give a try to a card you don't have to cut and you can switch between sim cards through the menu! I'll keep you informed |

Well, the one I bought (King of double Card 5th generation) works with my T610 but not with my K750i... With the T610 the phone asks for the pin code from the other card and then changes the network, but with the K750i the phone reboots and stays on the first network...
