Hi to everyone
i just have few questions for people using IDEA Cellular (Maharashtra). still u can put u r comments on the network.
is IDEA good for rural parts of maharashtra?
can i get a good internet connection speed with it? ( well they say they have edge enabled network )
if u r using the GPRS or EDGE to connect the internet, how's the speed
or which prepaid network is good for browsing internet over GPRS (not on mobile only PC )

Hi Ankush, welcome to Esato..
If in Maharshtra, for gprs i'd strongly recommend Airtel.
Unlimited gprs for 150 bucks a month.

well Can't say anything about Maharashtra, However I am using !DEA in New delhi since they launched in 2002.
I have gone roaming on !DEA networks in Uttranchal-Dehradoon-Mussorie-Nainital..and tell you what it never had a signal drop or call drop even in the mountains...!
Pre-Paid wise !dea is cheapest if you can purchase the !DEA lifetime Prepaid or !DEA College Connection...!
