Do Orange not offer 3G to PAYG customers ??
Why not just pop into your local store and ask ?

Phone the customer services as it is easier that way, and plus it may not be available on pay as you just yet as pay n go customers are 2nd class citizens . But even if it is not available just yet join "3" network as they have a really good network service and services. |

Answer to your Question
Yes Orange does do 3G to both Contract and PAYG customers.
However The only way to get a 3g sime card is to upgrade your handset with Orange.
So if you have a PAYG 2g handset like a k750i. You can put this sim card into a 3g phone however Orange will not be able to update the simcard or even send you a 3g sim card. You have to purchase a new 3g handset and this is how you you will get the sim card.
Currently 3 only do 3g sim cards seperatly.
Orange should start to do the simcards within the next 6 months when the new tarriffs are due out on payg.
Hope this answers you question.
