after a year since the first time when the people saw the t68 , still it stands on the top, no one could beat it or bring new things as it did...
its a true new revulotion in mobiles making...
still most of the magazines and specialist give it the best rank , even the 7650 couldnt take points as much as t68 did... even the new models from nokia and other companies will lack many featuers which t68 has.
they are just improving colors and ringtones , nothing more.
i think t68 is a new whole magic in mobiles world.

True but how long can Sony Ericsson last the way they are going with their financial problems? They need to pull their finger out and release some more phones. I even heard that the T300 will not make it to the UK. Don't know if this is true. Hope not!

T68 = old news as far as I'm concerned... True, it's been out a year already, but wasn't really a finished product untill the MMS upgrade finally came out. It might have more features than any other simular product out there, but so what? - The screen is not up to current standars, no polyphonic ringtones, no Java, still too slow IU, GPRS connection is too slow and unstable, the build quality could be better etc.... Now these are features that's atlest very important to me!! So as far as I'm concerned T68 = old news.

I don't own a T68 (because I am waiting for T300) but with regards to GPRS my R520m can handle that. Right now I am downloading a huge 362.09MB file (winlinux2003). Its my second day today and I think I can finish this within 3-4 days.

@NokiaKilla

You got to be kidding, right? Hundreds of MB's. Via GPRS?
I'm guessing you don't pay extra for the bandwidth or you
are obviously not at sound mind....

he can download that large a file since in our country GPRS is still free.... for almost 1 1/2 years now and still without any viable charging plan....

so if you want to enjoy maximum GPRS benefit ... go here in Manila

That's right folk's randyc is correct. If you want to download that humongous file for free the try to visit Manila of maybe ask a friend to buy a sim activated GPRS.

GPRS is still free here in the Philippines.

By the way. I may be crazy.

Here are my few downloads (few )

50MB - q3rally (Mod for Quake3)
150MB - Urban terror (Mod for Quake3)
250MB - Winlinux2000
360MB - Winlinux2003

I tell you guys, R520m really rocks with regards to downloading. It heats up but not stuck up.

seems like SE is like a turtle for you huh? why, have you tested other brands when it comes to menu system, wap and gprs connectivity if it is fast? as what you have said you need fancy features like polyphonics and java which is i think not very important. therefore nokia is best for you.
