no... it doesn't work with that antenna... R380 uses a slightly different antenna...
I have a R380 myself... quite satisfied with it... although I don't use it much anymore...

P800 is the next best thing, the T380 is more a collecters item. |

I looked a manual I downloaded off the web and I didn't see any reference to two voice lines
