Gprs is not only phone but also network dependent. Now i hope you can find the answer.

thats an unusual request and not one I can say I have ever heard before
thinking about the mechanics of how that might work, I'm not sure it would as the firmware in the K700 would have to try to use the DUN profile in the T610 but it would have no reason to do so since it can do it itself and so I doubt the firmware has been coded with that capability

I'd say it would be plausible (but probably not practical) to design java server/client apps that can share out the gprs connection from one phone to another.
However there is no means to configure a data account on a non-smartphone (the settings the browser looks to for accessing the internet) to use bluetooth. If it was possible through firmware (it probably is) I would expect a MAJOR change would be needed to the firmware - pretty much a complete rebuild and reassessment, retesting etc of the whole firmware. Not something SE will be interested I'm afraid
I don't know if it's possible with P900/910 handsets, but I can use my Pocket PC XDAii handset to access the gprs on my K750, by using the K750 as a gprs modem via the bluetooth connection.
