my service cant fix my T68i and tell me that they will give me a new one... but u can never trust a servicepoint at Turkey... so can u tell me how can i understand if that phone they're gona give is new or not...

they can reset the joystick counter... but they can't reset the total call time counter in the service menu.

Just check for dust... If its not a new one you can always find some somewere. Typically around the (bottom of the) joystick..
I got a used one when i had mine replaced, but didn't notice it untill i got home...
But the next day i went back, and nicely ask for a new one (kinda nice anyway). And after a while they agreed, so i got a brand new one...

thanks for answers... but they said they will give me next week... i bought my phone 3 months ago and whenever i give it to my service they took it for 1 week... (i give it 3 times) 3/12weeks... 1/4... 3/4 is mine... i give it 500$ so 1/4 of 500... 125$

yeah... today i get my new phone... and i cant believe... its new... total call time is 0
joystick count is between 15-20... and no dust... and a new imei number...
