my service cant fix my T68i and tell me that they will give me a new one... but u can never trust a servicepoint at Turkey... so can u tell me how can i understand if that phone they're gona give is new or not... |

they can reset the joystick counter... but they can't reset the total call time counter in the service menu. |

Just check for dust... If its not a new one you can always find some somewere. Typically around the (bottom of the) joystick..
I got a used one when i had mine replaced, but didn't notice it untill i got home...
But the next day i went back, and nicely ask for a new one (kinda nice anyway). And after a while they agreed, so i got a brand new one... |

thanks for answers... but they said they will give me next week... i bought my phone 3 months ago and whenever i give it to my service they took it for 1 week... (i give it 3 times) 3/12weeks... 1/4... 3/4 is mine... i give it 500$ so 1/4 of 500... 125$  |

yeah... today i get my new phone... and i cant believe... its new... total call time is 0
joystick count is between 15-20... and no dust... and a new imei number... |
