This is a problem that has dogged me for years and I wondered if anybody else had similar experiences.
I have an Orange .net email account that I have used for three years. Unfortunately the only device that the settings have ever worked with have been on my Orange P Series phones.
Despite checking the settings several times over I can receive but not send emails on anything else other than webmail. Not even with MS Outlook !
Orange are not interested as long as the email works on their website.
Whats strange is that I also have an O2 email and that sends and receives perfectly on everything. Orange devices, Vodafone devices and MS Outlook.
Can anybody shed any light on this ? |
