I just got my new k750i with stock headphones. I'm an audiophile, here is my review of the audio of everything.

I just ordered the HPM-70, I want to see if its better..plus I need the stereo adapter.

So I have an ipod, etymotics (the really good in-ear ones), high end audio equipment, kipsch computer speakers, list goes on and on.

The k750i's music through the stock headphones is decent but not amazing.....sounds like ipod with a crappy set of headphones (worse than the stock ipod setup). The bas is not very low (aspect of the headphones). The bass lower end is probably around 40-50 Hz. The mid-high end is not very clear either. Not sure if this is the phone or the headphones here. All in all, the sound sounds like it is a somewhat fuzzy 60-96Kbs source...even though I'm playing 192 MP3's.

Right now i'm not sure if its the headphones or the phone hardware...I"m waiting on the stereo adapter.

Also the k750i music interface sucks. I hate having to scroll linearly to select a song (no browsing, ordering, etc.).

The play, pause interface also sucks.

The volume control also sucks. I wish the buttons on the side were continuous feedback rather than discrete (you have to push the button every time you want to move up one step in volume). Also, it would be nice if they had a volume control on the hands free stereo adapter.

Well, thats my review...i'll post later with hpm-70, and adapater hooked up to better output speakers.

you will be very satisfied with the hpm-70

Then you can always upgrade your frimware to w800i and to get a better musicplayer and flightmode, that was what i did.
