I can send my recorded voice memo to my PC but I can not playback it(filename.amr ). What can I do? I have to download something or what?

You need an AMR codec for Windows Media Player.

Download a decoder for free from VoiceAge:

you can use AMR Converter to convert and .AMR file to .wav format and play it in your windows

if you send them via MMS from your phone (with NowMMS it works, don't know about others) to an email-address, there will be a .wav attachment in the (by then) email-message
