the one that only let's you text but not call....
it suppose to be recognized by the different telcos in different countries....
if you do can you please post the link or website where i can order one?

Most Pay As You Go (prepay) SIMs in the U.K. allow roaming. You can text with them in the roamed networks. You can also make and receive calls, but don't have to if you don't want to.
What you are suggesting isn't exactly useful, and you should be able to do that with your contract SIM if you get it roaming enabled.

The sim i think you are refering to is a Mint sim. You should be able to find them at carphone warehouse
