W900i Update service? |

Could anybody tell me how i update my W900's firmware? With my old K750 i used to do it on the Sony Ericsson website, but for the W900, i cannot see this option anywhere on the site. I have also read somewhere about a remote update? Could anyone explain?? Many thanks!! |

You can either use the same SEUS update application as the K750 uses, or you can look in the "Update Service" option under the General section of the Settings menu. There's no updates available for the W900 via either method at the moment, despite there being 4 or 5 different versions of the firmware available, they're only available from service centers at the moment other than the one version available via DaVinci (R5AF001).

sorry to reply here so late, but i just checked up on what you said about update service under settings and i do not have it? Is it only on some firmwares? Or am i looking in the wrong place? |
