Whats the best software to use to convert a video clip and transfer it to mobile? |

for conversion of a 5 mins or under i use imtoo mpeg encoder.
then after for making the video look as best as possible i use nero recoder.
if the clip is longer than 5 mins, perhaps and tv programme or film, i will always use nero recode or mpegable x4 live.

Whats the best video editing programme to do this? as in to take a snippet out of a film so you can make it small enough to send via MMS? |
