Hi, I have the first generation problem firmware and it always freeze on my after awhile in standby. I know it is the bugged in the firmware . so I order a cable last week and should be coming in soon. But yesterday, when the phone freeze, I remove the battery and replugged it in. But this time the phone will not power on at all. I try to take out the battery and plugged the power cord in and it still won't power on. I place battery in with power cord and no luck also. Anyone know what kind of problem can it be. How can I fixed it? Any help will be great...

thanks.

The best option imho would be to take it to a service center ASAP...
i guess the phone should still be covered by the warranty...
got any service centers nearby?

Sounds like you might have to pay to get it sorted mate as from my knowledge, your phone wont be covered on warranty.

I had a similar problem with my k750 and a firmware update fixed it... it's worth a shot considering all the hassle I've heard about with sending the phone to se service centers outside of the UK.

hey guys the cable came in. I am having problem with it. When I hit recovery all it does is open comp port and have a msg say turning phone on shortly.. but does nothing.. here is a the picture of what setool tells me.

Is there anything else I can do. I went out to buy a 3V battery for the fighter usb cable the 4-in-1 cable already.. is there any other program I can try before I trashed this phone.

When I check TMS website, they say that the fighter ( cruiser 4 in 1 cable) required a 9V supply. Anyone know if it is suppose to be 3V or 9V supply?

9V works but can damage the phone so a 3V source is safer.

I got similar problem the other day. Have it repaired by replacing a hardware unit in service centre.
