Hi

My question is whether it is possible to take incoming calls to your cellphone (W800i) on your computer (windows XP)? I have a bluetoothdongle from logitech that supports audiogateway and I was hoping that it would allow such a solution. I have enabled this audiogateway with the W800i but sadly it is not working; I guess there is some setting or program missing which is why I´m asking for your help.

Has anyone succeded in doing this with his/hers cellphone and windows? I know that it is possible with mac so I´m hoping that it is possible with windows.

Kind Regards Philip

Hi

Can you elaborate on that? What do you mean by FMA and BT audio?

Thanks for the help!

Connect your phone via FMA will allow you to pick up calls via your computer. You also need to set a audiogateway connection to your phone so your computer is recognized as a bt headset to use your mic and speakers.

Its pretty easy to do all that, no more than 3mins.

"Native Bluetooth is not supported"

Hi

I´ve now managed to install the beta release and updated it with the new patch but when I try to add the W800i I get the message "Native Bluetooth is not supported". The bluetooth dongle is functioning since I can copy mp3:s from the computer to the W800i.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Kind Regards

If native bluetooth is not supported, try one of the other bluetooth connections. I am not at my home cimputer so I can't look it up where exactly, but somewghere in the settings you can find that.

One of the other connections is via serial port; you might have to check in XP what comports you phone uses (right-click on the BT icon and choose display devices).

I think native BT is only available in XP SP2.

Good luck...
