K608 no longer powers on, 5 days use, refund possible? |

So I got this phone on Saturday last week. I'm on 3 UK so I thought it would be ok, it's been working fine til today, when it decided to turn itself off and not turn back on. I'm getting red blips on the led and thats it, tried charging, no use.
so I bought it from http://www.phones4u.co.uk , how can I get a refund seeing as the goods are not fit for purpose?
edit: they are exchanging it for a new one.

Did you take the battery out, mine crashed a few times and only powers on after the battery had been removed. |

its probably the the 3 branding, i noticed many bugs in k608i ( in austria ), till today no upgrade for those. let it replace with another one.

just to update. still waiting for returns bag. emailed them. the excuse was i called them late on friday.
Bag arrived today, sending tomorrow, may see phone by next week.
