Help!!! See the picture below. You see that mark in the top right hand corner? It appered yesterday. When I zoom in it moves further to the top and then dissapears when you zoom past about 3.3x it's really annoying, I like using my camera and can't now cos every picture has a stupid blob on it.
I have tried cleaning the outer lense but that hasn't helped

you got some crap on the inner lense by the looks. Camera module will need to be dismantled and cleaned if it doesn't drop off of it's own accord in a day or two.

that's actually a good suggestion
Just watch out it doesn't bounce onto the floor.

Thanks guys. I'll go trampalianing with it night:)) if that doesn't help then I'll have to take it apart. Is it like taking the K700 apart? as I've done that a few times due to the silly joystick. |

Yep, looks like a bit of dirt or dust on the inside of the camera lens.
I have to admit I've never taken a K750/W800 apart, but from what I can gather it's fairly easy, just watch you don't snap any of the ribbon connectors for the camera or side buttons. Also watch you don't snap the little switch off the switch unit that controls the activation of the camera - apparently the best way to avoid this is put the back case back on with the camera lens cover open.

good advice from sammy_boy. You should only need to remove the back, which is held on by two screws under the battery compartment.

I have just sent mine away. They said I should get a new one in a few days. Looked too complecated to dissmantle it, and it was still under warrenty. If yours is then send it to get fixed.
Edit: One down side though, means I've no got to use a Nokia, till I get my SE back:(

I got a refurbed one back, as I was told when I spoke to O2, that would be quicker. I sent my phone away on a Thursday and got my replacment on Saturday. So wasn't bad, and now I have a nice shiney K750 no scratches. |
