just got this text from a friend according to which an american idol kinda contest on indian television is giving away the n91 as 1 of the prizes. i didn't believe my friend but he says that the anchor of the show had the n91 in his hand as he spoke.
i didn't know the n91 was out? can some1 give more info on the n91's availability. |

i was just told by a pretty respected dealer he could get me a n91 for $ 1k u.s. supposedly it's gonna be in stores next week in the apac & mena region for $ 900 u.s. is this phone worth the 900 bucks + the 100 which is his profit for getting it from overseas ?

The N91 IS knocking around now but purely as a Demo product. Nokia reps can get their hands on them now. I'm not sure about it being scrapped but having now used one I can say this..... The camera may be 2MP but it takes VGA quality photos. The software is very buggy and crashed several times when I tried to send a picture via bluetooth. I also heard that due to the 4GB memory, the battery life is very poor.
The car in front is absolutely unique apart from the one behind it which is exactly the same. Murray Walker |

A year after its announcement, the N91 is finally hitting mobile phone shop shelves; yes there are already ones floating around on eBay, but herewith a short article from gsmarena:

so i tested n91 yesterday. it hasnt got high resolution screen like n90 or n80, it is really disappointing... next to it nothing special imo, the 4g hard drive is a great feature and the cover material is really good. thats it imo
