I have it paired with a T630. It seems to connect/disconnect fine. Problem is that one or twice a day it will just turn off during a call! When this happens the phone seems to "hang" for 20-30 seconds until it realizes that the HBH-610 is no longer responding. During this time I can't use the buttons on the phone to xfer the call to the handset. It is not the battery because I can just turn the headset back on and keep using it. Seems like maybe some incompatibility between these two devices. Do I have a bum handset or headset? Any ideas?

Thanks...

I think if I buy a data cable SE has a PC based update utility. It would be nice to know what firmware I have and what firmware is the latest. If I am on the latest it would be work going thru the trouble of buying the cable and installing the softeware!

Thanks!

you need a dss-20 or dss-25 to update your phone not just any data cable. [addsig]
