When I choose a contact in phone book to edit the phone no. then save, the phone will prompt "Failed", anyone have the same problem??

To reproduce the problem follow the steps:

1. Press the joystick down, now we should in the phonebook, select a contact, press option key and choose edit.

2. Now we should in the contact detail screen, select a phone no.(work) then press yes.

3. Now we should able to edit the phone No. in this screen, press "C" button to empty the No. then press option button to bring up the Unsaved No. screen, now choose a No. that we need in this list, after that we now back to the edit screen, press yes then back to the detail screen, scroll down until you see the
"save and exit?"
press yes button.
After you press Yes button, phone will prompt "Failed".
The edited contact will not save.

Any one have the same problem, pls help.
