In call, the called party gets beeps when you are trying to press the record button. Is there anyway to disable this tone so that the called party does not know?
Thanks |

By default the phone lock code should be 0000.
Try that.

Try coughing when it beeps. I do, and it works a treat.

If they don't know what it is, why don't you just say that you pressed a key by mistake, or is it an ongoing noise...?! |

I believe only a firmware update can resolve the issue - which is out of the question to even think about - SE is more focused on releasing new cell phones than improving the 2.0 megapixel pioneer K750i. |

I say it's my phone's pre-setted beeper, which beeps in every 20sec. |

I'd say it's unlikely to be changed because in the UK it's illegal to record someone without their knowledge and I believe it's the case in most european countries...don't know about any others but it is classed as a breach of human rights.

I was about to write just about the same thing. Here in Sweden it is also illegal. |
