Hello
I am on the O2 UK network, Coud you guys tell me what is the phone number to use to find out the number of free minutes remaining on the O2 netowork.
On Orange i was using 150 and one of the optiosn. on o2 i am lost |

You check your balance by *#10#. But dont think you can monitor your free calls.

I think you can i remember my friend saying she subscribed to promotion o2 were doing were you get so many free minutes along with the 300 free txt on genie.
Not sure how and were she heard of the promotion but i know you can check how many minutes you have left.
If anyone knows of the promotion then let me know.

if you are on a contract instead of PAYG and you signed up with o2 online then you loggin to their website (www.o2.co.uk) then go to view my bill then go to unbilled calls summary or something like that and in there is the details of calls/txts you have used and have remaining.

I can't check how much mins ive got im on contract and that *#10# thing doesn't work it says "No Action"

this gives you balance, bolt on balances, free minutes/sms remaining and o2 treat balance. It also gives you the expiry dates as well.
I want a phone that plays games, movies and music and maybe just occasionally sends and receives calls...

Not so far as I know, but thinking about it there MUST be one. Anyone of the o2 worker lurkers care to share?

This is one of the very reasons I left O2, apart from the customer service is shocking, they don't offer such basic services!!! O2 SUX!!! |

Dial 4444
Select 2
then select 2
then select 2
then select 2
remaining minutes/texts allowance is read out  |
