I think it would have been great if the fm radio had the equalizer or just a bass boost.

The old sony ericsson fm stereo handsfree had a bass booster.

Whats you take on this Esatonians?

One other thing I'm not happy with is the RDS and save/preset function.

Auto frequancy work only if the radio is ON when you move. This is because on the presets they save the frequency not the RDS name.

Unlike my car radio, it saves the name/RDS id.

I listen to the radio a lot, and I agree with bongzino completely. An equalizer can greatly enhance the experience and the ability to save text names (or the RDS Name) will provide a more user friendly interface.

Also an internal antenna is a must! It is good to support an external antenna for better reception, but I feel that at least there should be a weak internal antenna; that could really come in handy.

Agree with everything said above, it’s a shame and something im sure SE will have to overcome in future phones.

But this wont go to the predefined saved channels.. so if reception is even little poor then it wont pick up the channel..

Ya I think this should go to the predefines channels too.

I think there should rethink this radio functionality.

One more thing, I really need is the sleep function on the fm radio. U must be able u auto swicth off the fone.

And also is there a way/charger that work as a antena. U can't listen to the radio while charging.

Actually I need to use radio as an alarm signal. But I can't do it when I charge my fone overnight.
