Does anyone knows what is the frequency range of the MP3 player and the earphones?
As the W800i is a Walkman phone - such technical details, which gives an idea about the player's capability of quality sound reproduction should be written in the user's manual.

This thread has great info about the sound quality in W900.
w800 should come close, but why not reproduce his tests on a w800.
Very interesting reading anyway.

Yeah with the right compression the w900i has a full frequency range of 20Hz to 20kHz, and i expect it's the same for the w800i if they use the same hardware, but of course can't say for sure.
Pretty safe bet though. Nice to see my hard work getting some linkage by the way.
