Cannot make calls from V3 |

Bought a brand new V3 last week.
When I try to phone someone I get the following message: 'Call Failed: Not Allowed'
When someone phones me they are told 'Calls are not being connected to this number'
Also can't send or recieve texts?
Any ideas why!

Sounds like a problem with your sim card - network may have disconnected your SIM... Try a different sim
If not that, then its the worst case scenario; the phones blocked

I have just contacted Virgin Mobile who i bought it from.
Turns out the phone had been blacklisted even though I bought it brand new from them last week.
Anyway all sorted now as they have unblocked it 
This can be locked.
