As far as i can see all drivers and software are correctly installed and i have gone into the connection settings and made sure that the com ports showing there (ports 1, 2 and 3) are all enabled and have re-installed software on pc and also rebooted both PC and handset to no avail. Would be really greatfull for any suggestions Thanx Mel crazyeighty8 Joined: Dec 27, 2005 Posts: 85 PM Posted: 2006-02-09 01:03 If the phone is in "file transfer mode" it will not be connected in PC suite. although you can use the middle functions if connected via usb, such as disc2phone & adobe. When in phone mode the phone will be connected in PC suite- you can use the functions to the left?right such as image editor or network wizard.
