K750 still better in some respects than W900. Both are the best SE have to offer in non-japanese markets.

it depends also who makes the pix. i mean, a good photographer can do really wonders even with a k700.

this is true. technically the k750 camera is better in most respects to the k700 camera, but that has no bearing on the quality of the photo taken.

Is the camera in the K750 better quality than the one in the D600 ?
And also does anyone know if/when a upgrade to the K750 will be out ? ie K800 with a even better camera ?

surely it's technically impossible for a 1.3mp camera to take better pics than a 2mp one?
i think it's due to the screen size difference on the two models that the pics are better on the s700!

I'd say the K750/W800, the autofocus makes a difference. Though pictures it takes do seem a little more 'noisy' than those of the S700i.
Not seen many pics from the D600, but I think they're about the same. Does the D600 have autofocus?

from my experience...
the S700 takes great daytime shots and gives a more natural feel. (thanks to the CCD)
The W900 takes excellent macro shots and low light pics...
The K750 is a good allrounder.
with regards to megapixels, thats purely down to the size of the image you want to print or show on a screen. if you want to print normal 14 x 10cm prints, then it doesnt make much difference...

i'd go for the phone with a 1.3MP CCD sensor, than with the one with a 2.0MP CMOS sensor...
SE T68i (Feb2004-May2004) SE T610 (Sep2004-Jun2005) SE K700i (Jun2005-Sep2005) SE S700i (Sep2005-Present) |

can a good camera also be judged with its prints???
if so... then id go for a cam-phone with 2mp CMOS censor over the 1.3MP CCD sensor...
auto focus is a big help...

It's the S700..... Most folks tweak there pics with software.
You really don't need any tweaking with the S700.
