after ringing t-mobile uk for an upgrade to t68i, t-mobile said they have discontined the t68i.
So i got someone else to phone them too to confirm this, and they were also told the same thing.
Anyone know why t-mobile uk has discontined the t68i.

Two weeks ago T-Mobile were selling the T68i upgrade for £60.00! I thought this was great so ordered one and received nothing for a week, I rang them up and they said they had discontinued it, didnt bother to tell me, but then they honered the £60.00 saying they knew carephone warehouse had some in stock so they would put a note on my account saying I can upgrade for £60.00 and I did, very pleased I must say...but getting to the point, yes they have discounted it..dont knwo why though im afraid... |

T-Mobile is out of stock of these phones - and there are some new models due out in time for Christmass |

I think that T-Mobile is losing the plot big-time. |

why ?
I think T-Mobile is quite forward thinking - why re-stock a phone which is going to be replaced by a better model. From a business point of view they'd be stuck with a load of phones that they probably wouldn't be able to sell.
and from a consumer point of view - If I'd been bought a T68i for christmass and then out comes the new model - I'd be more than a little *issed at Father Christmass !!
At least this way T-Mobile will be able to let people have the new model in time for Christmass |
