7210 is now out... it is selling for HKD3600 which is about USD462. Almost bought it today, but when I sat down to think it over... 7210 in my opinion is not better than our T68 (with upgrade). And I just couldnt go with a phone without bluetooth headset anymore!!! Only if T68 can have 4096 color, then our phone will remain the king! =) |

Yes,
I think it is out in England too. In Phones4u they had the 7210 up on their selection of phones at £150.
BTW will there be any difference between the Nokia 7210 and the Nokia 6250 or whatever its called apart from the appearance?

Correction, I meant the Nokia 6610.
Both the 7210 and the 6610 seem to have GPRS, MMS, Java and a radio. Is there any difference? |

Yeah.........I believe our T68i is still better and offer more value than nokia 7210.........7210 got more colour but its also STN screen.....not TFT screen like the samsung T100......so the colour on the screen is not that much brighter than our T68..........also, it doesn't have picture phonebook........so u can't assign the pics to the person on your phonebook, our T68i is more fun with this features...........also I think the memory on 7210 is only about half of T68i (about 500k?? Anyone can confirm on this??) Plus 7210 is ugly........the keypad is so strange and small......hard to press and it would easily press the wrong button, plus the back of 7210 is ugly too......in the middle, there's a round like shape or something (which looks like a condom stick on the back to me ) Also, I heard that people complained that the polyphonic ringtone is not loud enough.......and its only 4 chords..........T300 has 24 chords................7210 is another over price average features phone from nokia which just want to rip people off !!!!!!! rules !!! |

That is the price with contract I think. I suspect it is a lot more SIM free. |

Anyway we don't know how reliable the phone is anyway, it was supposed to be released much earlier.
But still HK$3600 is a decent price. Does anyone know what you get with it e.g data cables, extra covers PC software? |

only CD software........no extra cover, no data cable......... 7210 is not worth it...........no picture phonebook, its not fun and useful with the colour screen at all........plus for the background pictures , there will be a operator name shown in the middle of the screen, so it block the image..........while T68's operator name only shown on the top of the screen, so the image shown on the screen is better on T68i..........plus, its the same old nokia menu..........boring and not fully utilise the 4096 colour ...........another nokia phone that rip people off !!!!!! |

Yeah. I'm sure there's a picture phonebook on the 7210. I'm really upset of this °#@°§ clock on my T68mi and I'm also very ç*"ç%" of not being able to see the screen on sunnydays. |

JAVA = Many different available softwares. Operator logo can be turned off!! X-Press on covers = changable covers!!, Datacable is included when you buy the handset!, The screen has 4096 colours, and bigger than the T68 screen. The feature of picture phonebook could be included in a JAVA-application.
Snapon camera WILL be available in the future.
Will FULLY utilise all colurs, Menus are FAST!!! .. and easy to use!
In short ...... youre wrong! |

Yes but Johan, it's a pity if you need to download a java application to have picturephonebook! |
