Hi can any one help me out with this little problem i am having with my K700i ?
Problems I am having are,
when someone is calling me the phone will not ring or does, but very very low altho its set to the highest volume and No light comes on the screen ..alltho the caller is displayed ... i have tried evry possibility in the profiles that i can see ?
the phone has actualy been sent in for repair 2 times since chistmas 2005
as i was having problems with all sorts of things like vibrating for no reason, this same problem and no hear peice volume ,
the first time it went for repair the earpeice volume was replaced wich didnt sort out any of the problems as the day i got it back all the problems were happening again.
now after the second repair (mic, screen ? and vibrating motor) all seems good SO FAR, except the no ringing or ringing quietly and no light on the screen comes on started happening again just after 2 days of return
what could be wrong ?
could it be a firmware problem .. cos on each occasion i did not lose any data on the phone (so i think it hasnt been updated) ?
Should i send it bk again ... cos i am missing calls left, right and centre.
any advice or more info welcome
