Lawmakers in the U.S heard from victims of "upskirting" and "down-blousing" Wednesday during debate over a new bill that would make mobile phone peeping a high crime.
No u.s state law currently specifically addresses mobile phone camera abuse,but there's a statute regarding hidden cameras might apply.The statute is a misdemeanor and conveys a $1,000 fine and/or six months in jail.
