I'm trying to unlock it using Davinci, but I keep getting error messages, such as

I think that it's something to do with the drivers, 'cause I'm not sure if they were installed right. I have transferred some music on to the phone , but can't navigate to it yet.
Any ideas about where I've gone wrong?
