Folks,

just thought of this earlier,

Orange atm are doing half price line rental. and £100 buyback on new connections to certain phones.

so talk time 120 for 6 months is £75
then eq tmob freetime 750 for 6 months is £99

so £174 in total, then minus your £100 buyback makes its £74 for the whole year.

can also make that £34 if you can get away woth having memger get member on the package. which isnt allowed but ive seen it happen!

enjoy.

Makes for a cheap K750i but a bit of a hassle. Do you have to claim back the £100 or do Orange automatically send it to you.

Yeah, but it'll be full of orange branding and if you debrand it you will never be able to update it via SEUS as that will return all of the Orange settings

That's not true, I debranded an Orange K750i using Davinci and can update via SEUS without restoring the branding. You just need to change your CDA number to one that is allowed by SEUS.

I'm on Orange UK and I used the EU2 R1N035 flash file with CDA 102337/10. I've since updated to R1AA008 via SEUS with no problem.

i moved one of my orange contracts to OVP T-Mob freetime 750 and orange charge £18 PM for it(its now the lowest talkplan they do_they scrapped all the best OVP plans)

so 6x18=£108, not much difference from £99 i know but just thought i would point it out
