Got my K750i back today
Only took TWO MONTHS didnt it
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
All i can say is  Great phones but Poor Service
1 Positive is its brand new and so it dnt hav scratches n dents like my old 1
Anyone else had experiences like this

i wouldnt let keep me waiting for that period of time. i would of kept nagging them as i feel thats appauling. anyway i havent seen that many problems with the k750 yet, not like phones like the k700 anyway

no offence but all these big companies like hire foreign people who cant speak english and have no proper training to give out advice. not all the time but a lot of times from my experiences.

but what have they done 2 month long? here in tyrol ( austria ) there isnt one single se service, all models has to be sent to vienna if it is... well, probably thats the japanese way, cos once ERICSSON had helpdesk in every big cities... that was support! ERICSSON sent once even a single screw from sweden to all around the world if it was needed!

oh i knew there was something i forgot to ask...... did they charge you and if so how much? they could rebuild a new k750 in 2 months so why does it take so long to repair. they have lots of staff and all that they needed to do was send a new phone to max and keep the broken one. stupid companies!

Wow broad generalisation 
I know here in NZ its local people that we speak to. But then their service companies are usually outsourced, so that can sometimes be an issue. It is becomming common for companies though to outsource through other countries. |

i suppose all these foreign people are just after a job but when i email companies for info they dont have a clue about anything im saying. they get confused by the term "firmware". some people on the other hand can be really useful but not enough unfortunately and theres no doubt about the fact that most customer servies people are foreign and dont know what they are talking about. you are lucky to have good customer servies. i hope i dont get told off for going off topic but suppose its related and need to sort themselves out. same with all companies.

Was not at a SE centre but a shop "carphonewarehouse" who actually then sent to a SE centre as they cudnt repair.
Don't know prob, but basically some buttons didnt work. and were fixed and then broke again and again
Cost me nutting , and i did keep nagging them and they didnt do owt , i got very angry lol
