hello, I was searching the net for where to buy the HMP-80 http://www.mobile-review.com/review/image/sonyeric/w900/pic15.jpg
I couldn't find any where to buy it but i read on a forum that it says when you plug in it says that "unsupported" - will upgrading the FIRMWIRE make it work and is there a firmwire made to upgrade w800i to w900i ? and where can i get it from?
and finally will there be any possible threats when trying to?

Dont try and put w900i firmware on a w800i. It will probably kill the phone. They are completely different phones. The hpm80 will never work with a w800i.

The main diference is the main board. Its completely diffreent. Its 3G to start with and has a bigger screen to drive. The formwares are completely different.
The likelyhood of it working is about 0.0000001%.

The w800i doesnt support the hpm80 because of the remote. The actual headphones are the same as on the hpm70

Sony Ericsson for some reason just decided not to support the HPM80 on the W800i. Dont know why.

HPM70. Same without the remote. They are the normal headphones supplied with the W800i.
