only turn on your bluetooth when you need it, and most of all, in the display settings, keep the brightness as low as possible. i have mine at 60%.

GPRS also,
don't play with your camera to much

Also battery life very depend of level of network signal,
so when you don't use the phone keep it in some area with nice reception

and from time to time charge your battery all night with phone off

firdauz_84,

How long does the battery on your K750 lasts before it needs to be recharged.

My K750i normally lasts from 5 to 7 days without recharging. And that is with the always on, an hour or two listening to the radio, 10 mins of calls and 20 to 25 SMS everyday.

don't expose your phone to high temperatures for a long period of time -- this shortens the life of the battery.

BTW, does vibration alert use less power than the regular ring tunes through the speaker?
resistance is futile.

My battery lasts around 6 days .....

By the way, when using a screensaver and an animated theme, does it make the battery life shorter?

i wouldnt make your calls as short as possible or anything like that or whats the point of having a mobile phone if you cant speak for how long you want? id turn off bt as im sure you dont use it all the time, do not have a screensaver or animated wallpaper, do not have a high display brightness setting, do not constantly charge your batt when its still got life left (will eventually decrease batt life) and most of all id just use my common sense meaning id switch it off at night when i dont need it and put on the keylock or the backlight will stay on for ages.

thats the only time i leave my phone on (at night time when phone is on charge). its been discussed before and is meant to spare your battery but my battery life is fine so i dont go to the extreme (i would if i use my phone more)

About batt issues (though not with the K750i) . . . I was surprised to see when my Motorola A768i was totally drained for about 5 hours (flat out) then charged it for 2 hours. Upon turning the power-ON, I noticed that the Date settings was set to default - January 1, 2000 though the time was recorded in- real. What gives here mates? Thanks! [addsig]

moto fw are crap, a925 and a835 is a real nightmare, a1000 crashes usually and there are no upgrades for those. in the "3" store they had so many problems with those, that they dont even recommend it to buy.
