I got the settings sent to my phone from the website, but it still says they're wrong...

Anyone had this trouble and know how to fix it?

Cheers

Which website did you use? I use the settings from the site and they work fine. Ensure that you get the correct settings for your service, ie prepay settings for pay as you go or postpay for contract.

You could try the o2 wap GPRS settings instead of mobileweb, see if they work?

go to www.o2.co.uk then go to help, click on "phone settings picture messaging etc",then click on the 1st "go" next to o2 active settings, select ur phone manufacture, then model, then if ur pay as you go or contract, then type in ur number and then submit then wait for the settings to arrive.

Done all that.

Phoned O2 and they said they'll sort it in 24 hours...

Here's where i usually get my settings from should i need to:

http://www.filesaveas.com/o2wap.html

Hope it helps. U might also want to change the browser setting to WAP if it's on HTML mode. I think one time i had it on HTML mode and it didn't seem to work (althought usually before that instance it did).
