Alter flash themes and keep the flash bit? (W900) |

Ok guys. I have the latest themes creator. I wanted to alter the backstreet theme (black with flash menu) but wanted to keep the way the menu worked, i.e. you just see the icon outline until you highlight it, as it looks really cool. I also changed how you see the operator logo which is now hidden . But I have lost the "special" menu look.
See, no operator logo!

no offence, but would you please tell me what it is you dont understand about these flash lite/svg themes ?
You have asked for these themes now repeadetly in a number of threads, and everytime you receive the information that you cannot pull out the svg files which is responsible for how the looks of the main menu is changed. This file is either part of the firmware or stored in a hidden part of the filesystem, not accessable by the user. Meaning you can get the theme, but you wont get the special menu, you will only get a normal menu.
Furthermore, this theme is for the W900, and this will not fit on your W550 because resolution are different, the size of the different themeelements are different. |

I think you are mistaken.
Breakbeat and Clubpulse are allready default themes on your W550, the phone comes with these themes standard, and thus allready have the flash menus installed. I see no reason why you should have downloaded these, and if you did then please post the link, cause I have not seen any themes anywhere with the .swf files included.

We can read it from clubpulse/themes.xml:
Desktop Color="0xff9106"/>
Desktop_image Source="desktop1.jpg"/>
Desktop_style Type="File" Source="clubpulse.swf" />
Desktop_title_text Color="0xffffe2"/>
So we can know it's a flash menu.
I'm a chinese,my english is poor,sorry.

Its you who are clueless.
The speciel menu is referenced by the xml command desktop_style, this refers to the clubpulse.swf, but this file is NOT included in any of the themes you download. Without the clubpulse.swf, it will just be a normal theme which does not alter the iconmenu at all.
But to hell with it, I give up trying to explain to you, cause you simply dont understand the information Im giving you. |

This file is not included in any of the themes,I know. But I believe it is a flash menu.So we must find where is the flash file,it will help us.
If we can find it,we should design the beauty themes.

the SWF files are inside the firmware so impossible to reach them unless davinci team includes a new option for it or else we should wait that SE give us a theme creator with flash support...

can u get the breakbeat theme for the w900??
the strange thing is, i sent it to my friends w900 (a white one) and it worked fine, with the funky menu. although it was small.. on my w900 (a black one).. the funky menu doesnt work at all.. both of them are open phones by that i mean they are no network..
are there any other themes with those funky menus for w900??
thanks.. |
