Hi. u can get the cable from semicon, i think it's over 1k or u can pm ying at pinoy chit chat 4 converted cables which functions the same as the original (drs-11 ata tawag) but a lot cheaper. it can be used to synch ur phone (contacts, sms, etc) to ur pc, makes ur fone serve as a modem to connect to the internet, among other things. for more info, read related threads. hope this helps.

technically, you will use the cable to "upload" themes and screensavers to your phone.

here is how it looks like. the original cable, DRS-11.

i bought a flash cable for the t28 and i just had to modify it and it worked for the t68.

search esato on how its done..

@jcpsad- YING of pinoy chit chat sells data cables a lot cheaper. PM him or holler at pcc thread. And yes, u can change the faceplate of the t68 but has to be done at authorizd servce points like semicon or smartnet. Hope this helps. Ü
