A man in Montana in the U.S,used his camera phone to take VIDEOS up the skirt of a minor in a store. He was caught by the store's video surveilance camera, and nine "upskirt" videos on his camera phone further sealed his fate.He pleaded guilty to felony invasion of privacy.

Yeah true, but she's a minor, so in this case i think its fair enough to be honest.

Jesus! I didnt read that she was a minor. I was wondering about such a harsh sentence, but he deserves more time in prison, the sick b*stard.

probaby he was using the t68i to talk on the phone, and a Nokia phone to take the pervy pics lol. i think he was pretending to be on the phone lol so the girl wouldnt think nothink of it. lol an expert perv he is, looks like he has being doing this for yrs.

Probably not. Or trousers. But she shouldn't have to think about how she dresses because she might be a target for a perv wanting to take upskirt shots with his mobile. Mind you, if some bloke was crouching down right behind her and holding a phone under her skirt, I would have thought there should be a good chance she would notice! |
