Could you please tell me how much you paid for it and where you got yours from?
I'm out of contract and basically have my eye on one but vodafone are saying ive got to pay £140 for the upgrade?

I'm on the vodafone 3g tariff: 500 mins + 100 texts + 50 video mins calls for £40 a month

I know there is the option of ending this contract and starting a new one with a new number, but the price would still be £60 for phone (12 month contract) or (£50 on 18month contract). Has anybody got the phone free, or with a better tariff? Thanks

Wow £140 and £40 a month! Too much IMO. Bought mine simfree £315.
Though it was from here, Esato.

I got mine for £40 on a 12 month contract, 250 xnet mins, 100 txts, £35 pm (incl VAT + 3 months free insurance). Not the best deal, and it's not a 3G tariff i don't think, but there's no 3G coverage where i live anyway (Devon). But that was back when the phone came out 5th december i think. That's on o2 btw. From www.buymobilephones.net ...

and i just checked their site, they're doing the same deal now, but with only 50 txts, and the handset is £80 too! Strangeness, i thought i paid extra for getting it before even vodafone had it, but it seems the price has doubled for the same deal with less txts. Well that's made me happy at least!

@batsie that is a good deal indeed!

mphone shop do it for £49.99 on o2 250 (£35) but COLOURS MAY VARY , but they are simfree stock.

I think I might have to wait for it to come down on principle now! has anyone here used a nokia n90?(sorry off topic)

Cheepest is onestopphoneshop.com (11 months 1/2 price on vodafone £40 a month, so £20 for 11 months then £40 for final month works out at £260, vodafone branded tho and out of stock till next week but can pre order i think)

Oh and to the original poster, u dont have to change ur number, request ur PAC code from vodafone and port ur number over to ur new sim if u want to
