I think Pistolprins was perhaps refering to PC software capable to capturing whatever was displayed on the screen, through the USB cable?

ok i give up! no JAVA based application for screen capturing K750...

if you are refering to a page like this then i can safely say that it was taken from a digital camera and not a screen capturing software for mobile phones..

and if you go further or look for reviews of phones with regards Symbian, then those screen shots are crisp and very detailed making you think that those were taken from a screen capturing software...

i rest my case.

Yes, that would do it, but where to find such a program?

You can take screen shots of Java applications and games using an emulator. One that I know of is http://home.kimo.com.tw/kwyshell/

I think we need to stop thinking that phone are like PCs.

According to my knowledge the JAVA API never say anything about screen capturing. So no java application does that yet.

Also the phone specs never says anything about USB being able to read whats displayed on the screen.

Maybe you should try capture a screen shot of another computer from another computer not using remote desktop before trying it on cellphones.

@Pistolprins

the link you gave is a haven for JAVA games intended for K750/w800 use... since the screen captures are games... then you are referring to an emulator... those games were played on PC so that they can capture those screens... so

bongzino is right! its an emulator if the games screen caps is you concern... so there you are...
