Sorry, no I'm not from Vegas. Reason why I reply is, if you are concerned how a GSM phone is going to work in your part of the world you can have a look at www.gsmworld.com You find maps, and all sorts of info, of GSM where ever in the world you are.

Seraph, I'm not from LV, but had recently visited with my T68i (AT&T GSM). I'm happy to report that coverage on the strip was great. I was able to make calls from my hotel room, in various casinos and of course on the street. GPRS also worked, I was able to send pictures taken with the MCA-20 via email.

Hi, I am neither from LV too. I visited LV about 2 months ago and was about to make calls using my T68i with T-mobile service. I could not make any calls in the casino.. i guess it is normal since i could not do that neither with my v60 ATT (TDMA). other than that, i could make call and sound was very clear from the strip and from the hotel room. |
