thinking of going on contract any-time vs off-peak |

hi, im thinking about going on a o2 contract and saw this off-peak one which was pretty sweet, 25 per month, 750 texts and 750 min, now I know that the minuites can only be used off-peak, but am i right in thinking that the texts are the same?
