i am sorry to be a bit thick, but i have installed the phone backup prog. from christinson, and i don't know how it works. i need to have a copy of all my contacts on my laptop, when i open the prog. nothing happens, i have mpm installed, and drs11 conected, how do i transfer information, sorry to be a dickhead
