It’s a known issue with the phone firmware. Too bad, we can’t do much about it at the moment. However the latest version which is R1AA008 is supposedly having slightly better volume / quality in MP3s.

welcome to Esato buddy! You can update the firmware via SEUS (Sony Ericsson Update Service), but im not sure whether you can update to the very latest firmware as im not sure t-mobile have authorised it yet. I think it'd be a good idea to start with the most informative and compreshensive thread on Esato for K750/W800 firmware issues etc, and it should (hopefully) cover some questions relating to your D750. You should really read the first post there, very informative and its regularly updated. http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=92737

Question for everyone - Im not actually sure myself, but can you debrand a D750 (im sure you can using the likes of davinci) so it'll have the same features as a K750?

EDIT: Well i think vanquish just cleared that last bit i said up! hehe

hi vanquish, is it possible to flash your d750i and make it into a w800i? (preferably for free)?

(as you can tell i know next to nothing about this kind of stuff!)
