SMS alert on T65 - full volume |

Okay, posted this once before, but got no replies, so here we go again:
On my T65 running on SW R4A007, if I recieve an SMS from someone who has a ringtone attached to them while the phone is set on full volume --- it sounds the ringtone instead of the normal SMS alert. Which in my opinion is bloody annoying, 'cause you think someone's calling you. Tested this with a friend's T68i, which behaved normally.
Now: Anyone else noticed this? Is it fixed on SW R5? Don't think it was this way back on R2...
