Need help, please! w800 + Motorola H500 |

Hi! I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered any of the issues I have with my new bt headset, a Moto H500. It seems to be functioning, pairing perfectly, and pressing the buttons on it seems to have all the appropiate effects, ie it redials, hangs up, etc... it's just that whn it connects I don't hear anything. Nor does the other side hear me at all. WTF???
I've tried adjusting the sound, pairing again, etc, all to no avail. Any suggestions??? | |

Hmm, it maybe a faulty headset. Try getting it replaced and see if you still have the same problem. If you do, then try the headset with another phone. |

Isherdoli thank you very much, man... you were absolutely right. Since it had been fully charged before I tried it, It was still charged when I took it to the store for them to test. Indeed, it was faulty. They inmediatley replaced it for a new one and Oh! WHAT A GREAT LITTLE HEADSET!!!! LOL sorry about the enthusiasm, it's just that coming from a 2 year old HBH-65, this one is like heaven on earth, the voice quality, the styling, the COMFORT!!! OMG loving it hehehe Anyways, thanks a lot for the advice, m8t  |

I have a H500 which doesn't work with my k700 not even after I've done a sw upgrade but works perfect with the p 910i. Same headset...but I gotta tell ya, the hbh 600 is more comfortable and far superior in terms of voice quality and connection. I've chosen the hbh 600 against Motorola.
