Is there another way to write a new topic other then going into a thread?
There should be an option to post a new thread on the topic page and not in the thread. |

click on Forum home at the top of the screen, this will show you a list of the forums
click the most appropriate forum and then back up at the top next to where you clicked "Forum home" you can now click "New Topic"
