HSDPA is an ongoing project. Very good test results and speed from what I have seen so far. Its possible to imagine the downlink access of an entire movie to a mobile phone hardrive within approx 5 mins at that speed. You could download a blockbuster equivalent movie while driving to a friends house and then watch it there! lol

looking at the pic of that phone takes me back to the days when 3g just launched, its massively brick-like just like the first 3g NEC phones

Yes it is rather large,suppose it isn't really a commercial handset yet,as the technology is still undergoing test stage.

With this, I guess the DVD players will become OBSOLETE in a few year's time Transfer of the flick from the fone to your PLASMA/LCD/PROJECTOR type TV sets will be DONE thru IR or BT
